B) Metcon: Buy in 400 m run; 4 rds of: 10 pull ups, 15 kb swings 53#/35#, 25 air squats; buy out 200 m run.

C) 5 x max strict dips, try to beat your total from last week. (looking for over 20 reps, if you have to do extra sets without push ups), 10 push ups between sets
