  • CrossFit & CrossFit Lite Group Classes

    CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement geared to optimize your fitness in all capacities. In our CrossFit Group Classes, you will use your brain as well as your muscles, learning and challenging yourself to do things you never thought you could. You will learn proper mechanics, stability, balance and agility – which all improve your everyday life.

    No matter your age or starting fitness level – in our CrossFit Lite version all movements are designed for scalability. All we require from you is effort. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your current fitness capabilities.

  • Masters Program

    Our CrossFit Masters program recognizes the needs of the over 45 athlete. A thorough assessment and goal setting session will determine the starting place. The programming is designed to increase strength, build muscle and stamina while improving mobility and activities of daily living. The right exercise and nutrition this program delivers will slow the aging process and improve your quality of life – in other words, you can get your MOJO back and age like a rock star!

  • Strongman Saturday

    On the first Saturday of every month, Strongman Saturday is one of CrossFit Jaguar‘s fastest growing and most highly attended weekend classes. This fun class works in fundamental movement patterns based in strongman type of training. We utilize sandbags, sleds, farmers carries, yokes, and nervous system stimulation as well as intensity tolerance testing. Strongman Saturdays are also about knowledge. Coach Eberle explains the what and how behind each movement pattern and brings understanding to the “why”. Strongman Saturday is very different from CrossFit. Equally fun and intense, while offering everyone an opportunity to work within their capacity, no matter their athletic ability.

  • CF Jaguar’s Competitors

    The Mission: The CF Jaguar Competitor’s Program is directed at making athletes stronger and more skilled in the movements commonly found in local competitions. The Competitor’s Program is integrated with regular classes to preserve the community feel we all love about CrossFit.

    Qualifications: Athletes interested in joining this program will need approval from Head Coach Eberle. The program is semi-guided, so you must be proficient in all movements before beginning. Interested athletes should be performing 90% of class workouts at an RX level and have a firm grasp of Olympic lifting technique. A list of standards has been created to use as guidelines. If you are not able to meet any of these, please discuss your goals with a coach. Individualized programming for skills and strength, as well as personal training, is available.

    What are you eating for?   • Yoga/Stretch/Mobility

    Thursdays at 6:30 pm join us for our Yoga Stretch and Mobility class! With Danialle guiding the way we will go through various yoga postures, foam rolling and stretches to help increase mobility and flexibility as well as improve movement and performance.

    When it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose body fat, gain strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or if you prefer a more personal approach, our individualized programming will give you faster results.   • On Ramp

    Starting a new program, especially CrossFit, can be a little daunting. Not to worry! Our On Ramp is a foundational course to acquaint new athletes with the 9 basic weightlifting movements we do in CrossFit, plus the 2 Olympic lifts and all the basics to get you ready for classes. Private sessions are available at a time that works best for you!

  • CrossFit Corporate

    Exercise and the right nutrition are key to improving employee satisfaction and productivity. Take your workforce to the next level – let us come to you, or we also offer on-site programs. All our Corporate CrossFit programs include a basic strength foundation to build upon under the direct instruction and supervision of our CrossFit Level 1 certified coaches.
