*If you cannot bench your bodyweight scale the weight down to something that you can get ~10 reps of in the first round.
Perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP), unbroken, of bench press. Rest as needed before completing as many pull ups as possible, unbroken. Continue in this manner for 5 rds. This workout is NOT for time.
Score is the total cumulative number of repetitions of bench press and pull ups across all r rounds of the workout.
