What brought you to CrossFit in the first place?
My career changed and I am at a desk most of the day, and I needed a structured way to get back into shape. I enjoy group classes and had some friends that did CrossFit so I decided to give it a try. I was intimidated at first, but could see myself getting stronger in a short period of time.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Jaguar?
Great facility and community!
What has been your favorite thing about the gym?
It’s an hour of the day that I don’t think about anything else other than how I’m going to make it through a workout!
What goals are you currently working on?
Just being consistent and making fitness a priority. Maybe a bar muscle up soon!
What is your favorite cheat meal?
Tacos & cupcakes! But not together...;)
What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining CrossFit Jaguar?
Crossfit Jaguar is place for everyone! They provide an atmosphere of support to anymore that will to put forth the effort. I have become healthier, stronger, faster, and accomplished things that I never thought I could do!
