Class WOD – If you would like to practice Bar Facing Burpees, please do so. More likely to see them in
the Open than just Lateral Burpees over the bar.
Accessory:
Chest 2 Bar
EMOM x 9
If all rounds were unbroken last week, add 1 rep and perform on the minute. If not or first time doing so pick between 3 to 5 reps and keep same number each round, shooting to go unbroken on the reps.
