40 Thrusters 95/65

40 SDHP 95/65

EMOM 4 Burpees

*WOD starts with Burpees

**Both teammates must perform 4 burpees at the top of every minute

***Only 1 teammate may work on the barbell movements at a time and may not start till burpees are finished
