Station 2:

Partner A: Four plate pushes 45/25 (d and b twice)

Partner B: Accumulate as many Russian Twists as possible 25/15

Station 3:

Partner A: Row Cals 20/15

Partner B: Weighted Step Ups DB: 20-25/10- 15 Box: 20/16

Station 4:

Partner A: 400 m run

Partner B: Accumulate as many burpees as possible
