A) Power Clean; E90sec x 7 rds, 2 @ 87-92%

B) CF Metcon

C) Skill work: burpee to pistol; get in about 5 sets of 5 on each leg. Scale to burpee to air squat. Each movement starts with the burpee, then you pop up to the bottom of the pistol, or bottom of the air squat.
