Wod: Teams of 2-3

Clean – 1 rep*

Bench – 1 rep

Deadlift – 1 rep

Must be done in order; only 3 attempts at each lift (excluding warm ups). 13 minutes at each lift

(includes warm ups other than skill) for a 39 minute continually running clock

*Clean is full. Scale can be a squat, power clean, hang version coaches discretion based on athlete

**Newbies aim for 5 reps or 3 – coaches discretion
