Set the clock for 18 minutes. . .

10@55% of 1RM, 7 @60%

5, 5, 5 or 3 attempts to find a 5RM

And then…

Slight incline DB bench (neutral grip, 45# plate under bench)

4 x 10 (same weight); 60-90 s rest btwn (2-3 to a bench and rotate)

WOD:

3 front squats 185#/135 scale to 65-70% of 1

4 wall climbs (nose to wall) – scale number or modify the standard

5 RFT

12 min cap
