1(2,3,4,5)* DL (315/220) (scale to 85% of 1rm deadlift)

200m run

10 pull ups (bands ok today)

6 strict hspu (pike push ups > wall walks > hs kick ups > db press seated) I prefer to see more people upside down in some capacity than using dumbbells in this work out.

*Note: each round you increase number of deadlifts by 1.
