Station 1:Burpee hurdle /3 HSPU relay

Station 2: 10 Russian KB Swings/ Bear Crawl down-Crab Walk Back relay

Station 3: 10 DB Thruster/150 m row relay (Partner holds DBs in front rack while other rows)

Station 4: Prowler Push-Pull Relay (Partner does sit ups while other prowls)
