Skill: Team Row for max calories: Every person gets 5 one minute max effort rows for cals

Ideally teams of 3: partner A goes for 1 min, then rests while partner B and C go. Repeat 5 times.

WOD: 5 RFT

200 m run

40 double unders

5 strict pullups

Mods:

Run: Row or 100 m run

Double Unders: Attempts → 80 jump ropes →40 lateral hops

Pull ups- Rogue bars → difficult ring rows (NO BANDS)
