1 High-Hang Snatch + 1 Mid-Hang Snatch + 1 Low-Hang Snatch @75%

Scaling:

-Athletes without a 1RM Snatch will use a light weight to focus on position and technique

WOD:

9:00 min AMRAP

3 Snatches 135/85

6 Burpees over the bar

At the 4:30 mark weight is increased

3 snatches 155/105

6 Burpees over the bar
