10 C2B Pull-Ups
20 Double Unders
10 Front Squats 205/135
20 C2B Pull-Ups
40 Double Unders
15 Front Squats 185/125
30 C2B Pull-Ups
60 Double Unders
(15 minute cap)

Scaling:
-Scale weights accordingly, bar is taken from the ground, weights should still decrease each round.
-For example, an athlete could use 175/155/135 or 105/95/85, but the jumps between rounds must be the same weight.
-A weight scheme where the weight doesn't decrease, like 135/135/135 is not allowed, and a weight scheme where the jumps are not the same between rounds, such as 185/165/155, is also not allowed
-C2B/Pull-Ups/Ring Rows
-Double Unders/Lateral Hops
