Oly: 1 clean + 1 power clean + 1 hang power clean (you cannot let go of the bar, if you do count as a miss)

Take 15 – 18 minutes to build to your heaviest complex

WOD:

Odd minutes: 3 clean pulls*, 10 double unders

Even minutes: 6 box jumps 30”/24”, 10 T2B

*for clean pull use 90% of 3RM power clean

Complete 7 rounds of each alternating minutes – 14 minutes total

Score: heaviest complex and number of minutes completed
