Skill: Get Up Sit Ups & Turkish Get Ups

Spend 15 – 20 minutes…

working first on the Get Up Sit Up https://vimeo.com/3268306 as an assistance drill and then

working up to a heavy 1 each side on the Turkish Get up

WOD:

20 tire flips (ONLY if raining with thunder, sub KB sdhp 70#/53#)

50 yd plate push 45#/20#

100 yd shuttle (4 x 25 yd done outside)

Rest 60 seconds

4 RFT

Time cap: 20 minutes (including rest)
