All I knew about Crossfit was by way of my patients who had been injured from bad coaching or ridiculous workouts. My impression of Jaguar was far from that - the coaches were knowledgeable and put great effort into the workouts. Since that time my respect for the coaches has grown and my impression hasn't changed.
My first achievement was kipping. I had always trained in very strict motions and I was terrible in kipping. In fact, I'm still not that good at it.
I am currently working on handstand holds. You turn me upside-down and I can't find my core. My handstand walk is more like a poorly controlled fall.
My favorite Jaguar memory is how excited and proud my partner was when he and I won the scaled team competition at Jaguar. (A big shout out to my buddy - Demarcus!) I have many good memories from Jaguar and I am thankful that I get to workout with so many good people.
