Skill #1:

15 minute clock

3x5 Bench Press @82-85%

Have people partner up and rotate for rest, other wise 1 ½ - 2 minutes rest between sets

Skill #2: Box pike for HSPU modification. Otherwise just warm-up for deadlifts since they are heavier today

WOD:

5-4-3-2-1

Strict HSPU

10-9-8-7-6

Deadlift 275#/185#

Buy Out: 2 minute accumulated hollow hold

10 min time cap

Note: Sub for strict HSPU is piking on the box. There will be plenty of time to teach this since Skill #1 is short. Last resort is strict DB press.

Score: bench press weight/time or time cap + unfinished reps
