With a Partner

12 Ball Slams

6 Push Ups

20 Squats (**option to use a DB or KB as a goblet for a more challenging squat :]**)

100m Ball Carry

15 minute AMRAP

Notes: Each partner performs all reps with 1 partner working, 1 partner resting

E.g. Partner A does 12 Ball Slams, THEN partner B does 12 Ball Slams

Partner A does 6 Push Ups, THEN partner B does 6 Push Ups

Sub for push ups is on a box
