Coach’s Notes:
-Runs should be much closer to sprints than in previous weeks. Not 100% all out but should try and maintain a 15-30 second split time
-Scale C2B’s first to regular pull-ups, then to ring rows
-Scale OHS’s first by weight, then if mobility presents a problem, switch to front squats
-This is a capacity-pushing workout. Pick a scale and stick with it.
