A) Snatch wave; 1 @ each percentage. 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90,75, 80, 85, 90, 95

B) CF Metcon

C) Back Squat; 3 sets of 5 @ 75%, try to move as fast as possible on these.
