A) Power Snatch + High hang snatch (vertical chest, leg drive only) 6 sets @

65-70% of Full Snatch 1RM

B) CF Metcon

C) Jerk grip OHS; take 10 minutes to get to your heaviest set of 2 (ok to use a rack, doesn’t need to be a 2rm type effort, just see where you are at with this movement.)
