Skill: 20 min to work on Gymnastics (pick two-spend 10 min on each)

-MU (Bar/Ring) work on the weaker one. If neither are weak, work on

getting max multiples

-HS (holds, walks, shoulder taps, HSPU-freestanding and on wall…)

-Tumbles/Forward and Backward rolls/Flips (Bring out the blue mats)

-Rope Climbs (regular, weighted, legless, l-sit)

WOD: FGB Style

- Pistols

- Max distance* Bear Crawls (mats)

- Pull ups

- Max distance Crab Walks (turf)

- DB Clean and Jerk**

*mark off every 5 yds with cone so they know where they got. Must get to cone for yds to count (no estimating)

**don’t have people go crazy heavy on these. They should choose a reasonable weight they can move through.
