Warm up: 400m class run then 3 rounds of: 5 jumping squats, 5 jumping split lunges, 5 Spider-Man lunges

Skill: 5 rounds of:  3 Front squats + 3 push press

WOD:

50 burpees but have to stop on the minute and complete 5 squats (12 min. cap). Must start WOD with 5 squats.
