Strict: 6 sets of 5 reps Strict Press (Overhead press)

Set 1- 55% of 1RM Strict Press

Set 2- 60%

Set 3- 65%

Set 4- 70%

Set 5- 75%

Set 6- 80%

The concept is to keep hitting 5 reps. If you hit 5 reps, move up in weight. If at any point you fail on the 5th rep, stay at that weight. Do not move up.

Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 14 minutes of:

60-calorie row

50 toes-to-bars

40 wall-ball shots, 20/14 lb. To 10/9-foot target

30 cleans, 135/95 lb.

20 muscle-ups
