"Round Robin Relay Races!"

Groups of 3:

One person will work out at a time and there will be relays with the teams

Relay 1: Each person runs a 100, then each person runs a 200, then a suicide sprint from with 3 cones each 30 ft apart. Everybody will run 30 feet and back to the first cone, 60 feet and back to the second, and 90 feet and back to the third cone.

Relay 2: This will be a round robin buddy carry. 1st person carries second. 2nd person carries 3rd. 3rd person carries the 1st. Each person will carry 100m (to 50 and back).

Relay 3: Two partners will carry a KB 70/53 to the 50m mark and back. When they return, one will stay and the resting partner goes with the other. When they return, the person who went twice will sit out while the third goes a second time.
