**REMINDER** We will be closed Thanksgiving 11/27. There will only be TWO classes at 9 am and 6:30 pm on Friday 11/28.

Skill: TGUs. Get athletes comfortable with the movement and find a challenging weight for the WOD.

WOD:

This is NOT FOR TIME – want people to be patient and take their time with these movements, getting a better feel for form and technique. TIME CAP: 20 mins

Then

12 min EMOM

Even mins – 20 KB Russian swings, 70/53

Odd mins – 20 total alternating lunges

Post total rounds completed and what each person is thankful for.
