Teams of 4 – Five minute stations. Each athlete is on one task with one resting at all times. Athletes may

swap task and rest as they see fit. Every time all tasks are completed, that’s one round.

Station 1:

10 Tire flips

10 Push-ups

10 Squats

Station 2:

10 Evil wheels

2 Rope climbs

15 Sit-ups

Station 3:

HS hold

30 Double unders

100m row

Station 4:

25m wheelbarrow

25m plate push

Plank hold

FINISHER: 5 mins rest then ALL teams choose a tire and do a 400m tire carry. Tire weight MUST BE

CHALLENGING. Three working, one resting, may swap as needed.
