Skill: OHS – 8 min EMOM, 3 reps every min on the min @75% of 1RM

WOD: 3 x 3 snatch grip DL @ 75 – 80% of 1rm snatch

(This is meant to be a cool down – just want to work on the movement)

Then

Three sets of 3 minutes with 2 min rest between rounds:

25 swings 70/53

Max Toes to Bar in remaining time

Post weight and total T2B
