Warm up:  3x kelso shrugs 8 ea side, 8 deficit push ups, 20 s stag stance arm swings, 30 s contra lateral dead bugs


Skill/Strength:  Bench Press
Warm up and build to a. . .

Bench press 3 RM, then 2x max reps @ 75% of today’s 3 RM

WOD: 20 minutes (10 rounds of work)

First mintute: Plate push one way then max burpees in remaining time

Second minute: Rest

Post: 3 rm and total # of burpees
