Skill Focus:  Intensity Runs

3-5min rest between runs
try to keep within 15sec of first run on second

WOD:
4 rounds for max reps
1min push ups
1min sit ups
1min mountain climbers (track style)
1min double unders (if singles, every 3 count as 1)
1min rest

Score both 800m runs / total reps
