Warm Up: Red light Green light game

Skill: handstands, headstands, handstand walks, HSPU, handstands without the wall

WOD: 
1x 200m Run
2x Tuck Jumps
3x Dumbbell Thrusters
4x Burpee Box Jumps
5x Push-Ups
6x Pull-Ups
7x DB Swings
8x Single-Arm DB Snatches
9x Toes to Bar
10x Walking Lunges
11x box Dips
12x Burpees
1-3 rounds depending on athlete





Is it that time already? School is almost in and that means regular CrossFit Kids classes will be back in session! Starting  September 8th, we will have Monday classes at 4:30 again!

Your children have to sit in class all day, have them come burn off some energy with us!
