Warm Up:  220 m row then 2x 10 kb sdhp, 10 swings, 10 plate reverse flies, 10 Y's


Skill Focus:  Power Clean
Warm up and build to 70 ish% and then. . .

Power Clean x 1,1,1 (10 sec between reps)  E2mom for 10 min
start @ 70%, build each set

Clean pulls 3 x 3  @105% of 1RM Clean or PC whichever is heavier

WOD:
15-12-9
Power cleans 135#/95#
Toes 2 bar
10 min running clock
Max burpees in remaining time if finished under cap, must touch a 6"+ target

Score is total reps (15-12-9 is 72 + burpees)
