Warm Up:

Skill Focus: 10-15 mins Gymnastics – Handstand holds, walks, headstand to HSPU, etc. Athletes can also work on front and/or back levers.

WOD:
20s on/10s rest for eight total rounds. Alternating between two movements for each of the three tabatas.

Burpee
V-ups

Plank

CrossFit Jaguar's June/July AOM: Maria A.

Maria joined CrossFit Jaguar  two and a half  years ago.  She was quiet, but we knew she had more in her. Well this beauty has quickly become a BEAST! She was already fit when she came in, but over the years she has gained strength on every level. Maria pushes herself and others daily and always commits to the workouts. She strives to learn new techniques and is constantly setting new personal records!

Her smile makes everyone at Jaguar feel welcome, but we know that once that smile goes...she means business!
