Warm up: 3x 2 minute Tabatas -- kids choose 3 different movements. . .

Skill: review WOD movements

WOD: 3 minutes at each station 2 mins rest between stations

Station 1: Wheelbarrows around cones

Station 2: backwards med ball toss partners take turn tossing ball along the rig. Once the ball lands kids do 10 squats before tossing ball again

Station 3: 7 ring rows, 7 push ups, 7 sit ups

Station 4: partner does 15 Swings while other cf kid does a plank hold

Buy Out: ring work: ring work, ring dips
