Teams of 3-4
Four, five minute stations:
Station 1: Wheelbarrows – All athletes may work at the same time (meaning that in a team of four, two pair can be working together. (In a team of 3, athletes may rotate in and out however they’d like.) Down the turf = 1 rep
Station 2: Med ball 200m runs – 20/14, two team members run together with one ball and switch off as needed. Each completed 200 = 1 rep
Station 3: Rope climbs/ring rows – Two athletes work at a time, 1 climb/10 ring rows = 1 rep
Station 4: 15 Swings (53/35)/plank hold – Two athletes working while two ‘rest’ in plank hold. Every 15 swings = 1 rep
