Warm Up:  run/row 400m/500m, 10 squats, 10 split jumps, 10 kb swings or 1 arm snatch, 15 s kb squat hold

Mobility:  on turf w/ foam roller. . . quads, lats, shoulders, hips

Skill Focus:  Clean & Jerk
Warm up together and build to working weight

WOD:
With a partner (1:1), 16 min AMRAP:
1 Clean and Jerk
2 Clean and Jerks
3 Clean and Jerks
4 Clean and Jerks

Athlete 1 completes one C&J. Athlete 2 then completes one C&J. Athlete 1 then completes two C&Js, and so on. Once each athlete completes four clean and jerks, that is one round. They then return the beginning and complete one each, for as many rounds as possible.
Use 70% of 1rm C&J all the way through (bar can be shared) – goal is to tap and go on each. There IS a squat.
