Warm Up:  400 m run/row, dynamic turf stretches, squat mobility, Burgener warm up

Skill Focus: Snatch
Work on dropping under the bar each rep

3. 3. 3. 3. 3
Start at 60% and add weight ea set ending at around 80-85% on your last set
Plan or map them out in advance

Then 2x max reps @ 60-70% of highest 3 reps.

WOD:

3 MU (Bar/Ring)
6 Burpee box jumps 24/20
9 evil wheels or barbell roll outs
15 minute AMRAP
Post: snatch weight and rounds +reps
