Warm up:  400 m run, 10 pass thrus, 10 windmills, 10 arm swings ea direction; 2x 30 s hollow hold and 30 s superman hold, 2x10 yds high kneew lunge, 10 yds butt kicks, 10 yds high knees

WOD:  Teams of 2

Partner A holds a barbell overhead 75/55 while Partner B. . .

  • shuttle runs -- every 100 yds = 1 pt

  • rows -- every 100 m = 1 pt

  • climbs -- every 100 ft = 2 pt

  • pedals -- every 10 cal = 1 p5


Partner B can't start rowing/climbing, running or pedaling until Partner A has the
barbell overhead. Break up as needed. 5 burpee penalty for every time the barbell
touches the ground.

Rest 5 mins and then. . .
