Skill Focus:  Burgener Warm Up
Class burgener warm up for both the snatch and the clean & jerk, followed by light/empty bar technique work/warm up lifts

WOD:
In teams of 2
10 minute AMRAP
1 snatch @70% of snatch 1RM
Rest 5 minutes

10 minute AMRAP
1 clean and jerk @70% of clean and jerk 1RM
*score is total number of burpees
