Engaged, recently married or couples married* for some time perform:  Put a Ring on It and Keep it There!
*fiance/spouse must be present
Anyone not engaged or married perform: Partygoers

10 dynamic push ups (on 45#plate—girls and boys) tot
5 strict chin ups
100 yd shuttle sprint (done in increments of 25 yds)   MUST
TOUCH DOWN –all levels
10 rds ea for time

Level 2
10 pop off push ups
5 chin ups
100 yd shuttle sprint (25 yd increments)

Level 1
10 push ups
5 mod chin ups
100 yd shuttle sprint (25 yd increments)

Put a Ring on It and Keep it There!
Each couple shares a pair of rings and at a 1:1 performs
