(12) Quarters = 25 lunges      300 points possible
(10) Dimes = 10 tuck jumps  100
(18) Nickels = 5 burpees          90
(10) Pennies = 100 m sprint    10

Coach calls a coin; you will have a set amount of time to complete each given task.  The goal is to try and get all your reps in or as many as possible.   There will be a 3 min intermission halfway through.
Score is total reps (out of possible 500)
