PARALLELISM  

Warm up:  300 m row; shoulder mob; 10 pass thrus, 10 windmills ea dir; 2x:  5 straight legged toe touches, 5 pull ups, 5 push ups, 10 butterfly sit ups

Skill Focus: Push Press
Review form and warm up. . .

5 @60%, 5 @ 70%, 5 @75%, 3 x 5@80%

WOD: 

10 push ups on parallettes for adv (chest must go below parallel), chest to ground
for int and incline push ups for beg (no knees, maintain strict tight core and have
chest touch something—box, bumpers, windowsill etc. . .)
10 butterfly sit ups
10 pull ups
10 good mornings band or light bar
AMRAP in 12 min
