SMOKIN’BROADS

Warm up:  run 300 m; 2 x -- 5 burpees, 10 split jumps, 10 ring rows; hip mobility

Skill Focus:  Back Squat
warm up and build to working weight. . .

Back squat 4 x 4 @80% (up 2.5 – 5# from last time)
Rest 90s – 2 min btwn

WOD:

Double broad jump*
5 strict chin ups or 2 rope climbs
10 goblet lunges steps (tot) 70-75#/50-55#
15 hollow rocks
5 RFT
*min distance is 6 feet, so mark off 12’ and make sure you cover the distance
