Lauren, we certainly miss you!!  We know you moved further away work wise but we're hoping it's not "goodbye" too. . .



"I walked in to Jaguar not knowing a single person and could barely lift the bar, and now I have left with such amazing friendships that are sure to last and the strongest/ most fit I have ever been. Never in my life would I even have imagined be able to do the things I have accomplished and I thank you for that. You have taught me so much and encouraged me the whole way. The little comments you would make such as "Look at that butt, legs, etc" would make my day! Our Crossfit family is not one that can be replaced and I will miss walking in to that box everyday.
Please be sure to keep me posted on the moving details and just know that this isn't "goodbye" just you won't see me AS much.  You have definitely helped me find that hobby/change of lifestyle I was looking for! Thanks for everything!!"
