THE JACKED JAGUAR

Warm up:  400 m run; 2 x high knees/butt kicks, 1 x bounding/high hammie walk, 1 x carioca, 10 spiderman lunges, 10 leg swings ea direction, 10 hip circles ea direction

WOD
15 mins as a group:
Pull prowler 25 yds and immediately push it back 180#/125#**
Max evil
wheels while you wait your turn.
**2 can do if too heavy (counts as 1)
From where you left off. . . complete 100 evil wheels

Rest 3-5 and then. . .

50 ball slams for time*  20#/14# unbroken
*Jaguar Jacked Challenge:  40#/30# unbroken
Split into groups and cheer each other on.
Post # of prowlers pushes per class / # people in class and ball slam time
