HOW FAAARRRR. . . ?

Warm up:  400 m run; mobility work; 10 toe touches, 10 squats, 10 squat jumps, 10 lunges, 10 split jump squats, 10 soccer kicks to opposite arm

Skill Focus: Broad Jump
Max Distance Broad Jump (3-5 attempts)

WOD:

1 mile run
10 min rest
1 mile run
*goal is to run as fast as you can for both
Score is max broad jump/mile time 1 and 2

Shout out to Dave for achieving his sub 6 mile. . .
