IT’S A NUMBERS GAME
Warm up: shoulder mob; 250 m row; 10 pass thrus, 10 windmills ea dir; 2x: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 swings
Skill Focus: HS Progression based on skill level
• Pike hs hold off box— vertical trunk
• Reverse wall walk ups— protect hollow position
• HS holds against wall—hold for 20-30 s or so
• HS free standing/HS walks
WOD:
60 hollow rocks
75 pull ups
95 swings 53#/35#
80 push ups
for time
*Partition reps as you please
**Ante up at the top of ea min and perform 1 burpee to buy back into the
workout
