KIP KIP & AWAY

Warm up:  400 m run, 20 squats, 20 push ups, 10 pull ups, 20 pass thrus

Skill Focus: work on some version of the kip (T2B, KTE, butterfly, MU, etc)

WOD:

6 db or kb snatch 50-55#/35-40# (3 ea side)
12 wgt goblet lunges (6 ea side)
18 sledge slams (9 ea side)
AMRepsAP in 15 min
Post # of rds for score
